Whats wrong with our profile? - - ok.. did some research...lol only 22 couples in colorado between the ages of 25 to 40, that have pics, and have logged in, in the last 5 days.... just not alot of colorado swingers on this site....

Some Food For Thought - - #1. if this is a one time or even a few times thing, then no. if after words you feel it is not for you, then again no. however you decided to add it even on a nonregular basis, or seek it out then yes you have crossed that line. #2. same goes to men #3. after you have done it a few times and seem to enjoy it then that is the line ive been blown by a few guys and didnt enjoy it as with a lady. #4. as the judge once said I cant define it but i know it when i see it. what a crock. the difference is how willing you are to accept it for instance woman on woman love during victorian era was preverted and punishable by law. now its kinky. there are a few i hope never become kinky like child porn and beastialty. #5. depends on level of involment and acceptance. some people it is perverted and some it is kinky. if it happens dont ruin the fun just go. if you didnt like it take precausion it dont happen again #6. if you are in a realationship that is open to the fullist extent of the word, i feel if your other half doesnt know you are cheating. even if you tell them later they should know before hand. #7. if your other knew then no but they might be cheating. so why turn something fun and good into something ugly. #8. from the way people reacted with the city weekly not many. #9. most swingers love their partners so they make sure they are clean. while cheaters dont care. so std with in the circle i dont worry about #10. if god didnt want us to do it then it would not feel so damn good. and remember i live in utah

Church - - I infact work at a church. I an earlier post about swinging and spirituality I referred to a number of discussions I had with a younger (mid 30's) preacher about sex and what not. His opnion was that God could care less about what goes on in our bedrooms, that there were greater things to worry about. Of course I am paraphrasing here, buty that was the gist of it. As I understand it the teachings of Christ were to love one another and treat others with respect. Some of the similar themes of most swingers I would guess. I think most people don't attend church on a regular basis because of #1 Time-Most people spend some much time at work and with family they believe they don't have the time. #2 Guilt-So many people I talk to kind of in jest say "The things I've done, if I walked through those doors God would strike me down" when infact Jesus accepted everyone if they had an honest heart. When Jesus was on the cross he was asking God to forgive the people who were murdering him. #3 So many "christians" tend to shove their beliefs down everyones throat, that it becomes annoying. They are so busy trying to sell you on why you need to be there that they make people not want to come back. That or they havn't found the right place for them. I wouldn't call myself overly spiritual, infact if I didn't work there I know I wouldn't be there every Sunday, but a good sermon always seems to pick me up and make me feel better. To quote Dennis Miller...thats just my opnion, I could be wrong.

Clits, Dicks, Asses, and assorted body parts. - Parts are Parts. - Just to be the devil's advocate... why come to an adult dating site then shun truly adult pics???? Please allow me to respond... because I'm a little devil too and this is MY POST which YOU should have read? Please let me quote ME. "This is not a dig to the BPP's (Body Part Posters) because I believe you should post what you want to as long at it's within the rules set forth by the administrator. If someone doesn't like them then they should scroll on to what's behind the next door." I had hoped that "Disclaimer" would have covered any whiners who felt us kids would try and "shun truly adult pics". So let me get this right, "truly adult pics" require a ZOOM LENS. Match.COM is an "adult dating site" This is a Swingers Site.. (Notice the name Swinglar) LMAO "It's like city folks moving out to the country, and bringing all their city ways with them and imposing them on those already there" MENTALOS... if you want to post your wang go for it... and let me quote you. That's why there's a "next" button folks! We are all wating.... post that dick! (Please crop out the shirt... I'm shuning that fugger) Ewwww

Unicorns at events - Thoughts about them - We're not event people, probably never going to be. But really? Charging Single Gals to enter a Swingers event? I can think of so many ways to make an event break even than to make the prize Jewell of a gathering to think twice about attending.

DALLAS - DALLAS - We are in Dallas frequently. Sign up for SDC. Most of the swingers in Dallas are on that site and you'll find lots of party information. Collette is a beautiful and classy swingers club with theme nights...check out their web site. 13th floor is a great set up but not as nice. Have fun!

Important ! Please read this post. - -
You know, I read the sign on my way in here that said "Don't feed the trolls!", but I'm bored and this looks like a fun way to kill a few minutes. So, let's get started shall we?
Ahhhhhhhhhhh another guy who THINKS he knows something, but later on proves that he doesn't....
We all participate in risky behavior, huh? I suppose that depends on your definition of "risky". If you really want to be pedantic, every time you draw breath you're taking a risk. You take an even bigger risk should you choose to not draw breath.
I am sorry, thought this was a swinger site... I guess you have a study that's not from the 1990's that shows that over 50% of people engage in swinging, right? Nope, you don't, therefore we engage in risky behavior!
Typically when one uses the term "risky behavior" they're implicitly saying "behavior that is risky beyond the risk of normal behavior". Having sex with your spouse, regardless of whether they're cheating or not, is not risky behavior.
Regardless if they're cheating? Really? What, praytell, are you doing here, I guess you've solved the world's STD's crisis, right? Found a shot that cures herpes and HIV? Then how is it NOT risky if they are cheating?
Uhm... Did I miss something? What exactly are you saying "BULLSHIT!" to? It seems fairly clear that you're both stating the same sentiment.. are you calling bullshit on the fact that he bothered replying?
AHHHHHHH....Failed reading comprehension, did we? Let's have a look at what they said... What you UNDERLINED is the key.... WITHOUT complete absinence............ Without abstinence, you're engaging in risky behavior! Now, one could say, 'I use condoms, dental damns, and ALWAYS practice safe sex!' Is that enough? Let's see, ever been with a squirter? Ever had a woman get so worked up that her juices are squishing around on your balls? I guess that's not enough to catch something, right? Dr. Darcone, me thinks you need to rethink your ideas.
Are you actively going about doing cultures of these things, just looking for a place disease can be communicated from?
I don't have to, I pay taxes so I don't.
I don't know about the rest of you, but if there's a wet towel at the gym, and it's not mine, I'm not touching it. Soap Dishes? You know, I've always wondered at the point of anti-microbial soap..
Have you ever heard the saying, 'It is better to remain silent and thought of as a fool than to open your mouth to remove all doubt?' This would apply for you. Wet towels look like dry ones, yours is next to theirs, and you've NEVER accidentally grabbed someone else's? A little nick on your hand, BINGO! Anti-Microbial soap ONLY works if left in place for 30 seconds or more. Now, you place your soap on the tray, anyplace that the soap touches, in 30 seconds, would be 99.9% free of microbes, HOWEVER, anywhere it doesn't touch isn't. But you wouldn't touch the soap tray with your fingers, then touch your eyes, nose or mouth, right?
And before you knock wikipedia, it's been verified to be more accurate than any other available encyclopedia. So, while influenza and bronchitis may be transmitted sexually, they aren't STI's. If you get herpaghonasyphaclap from kissing some random corpse, then it is not sexually transmitted by definition. By the same token, an oral infection of HSV-1 is -not- an STI. It becomes an STI once it infects the sacral ganglia. Also worth noting is that neither the CDC nor WHO acknowledge HSV-1 as being an STI.
Chlamydia is the most common form of STD, it IS passed from casual and accidental contact, Herpes IS an STD, it also is passed from incidental contact. So, your entire premise if wrong.
For the actual statistics on extramarital affairs, see: This Study published by Oxford (22-25% of men, 11-15% of women). (fwiw, that article is a fantastic meta-analysis of a broad range of studies)
Actually from a Colorado college, not Oxford. Oxford may be where you found it, but your reading comprehension is, once again, coming into question. The first sentence of your report states its from Colorado. The last time I checked, Oxford is not in Colorado. Additionally, the study is from over 10 years ago, nothing has changed since then, right? The internet hasn't become more prevalent? Easy access to willing sex partners hasn't added to the instances of EMI? Nah, nothing to see here. Perhaps one should look at a more priminent site for these things? Perhaps one should look at the sample size to determine statistical significance? Perhaps one should see who was 'randomly' selected to participate?
Jim, do you actually have a point you're trying to espouse here? Are you just trying to say that sex isn't safe? I'm pretty sure we were all aware of that fact.
As a matter of fact I do, that point is: GROW THE FUCK UP! We're all taking risks, don't cry about the results of your risk taking. Would you allow someone who suddenly decided to try skydiving, had no training, packed their own chute, then jumped and was injured to complain about how they were injured? Of course not, but since it is someone who was TOTALLY aware of the risks involved and they're participating in KNOWN risky behavior its OK because you're participating in it also?
Or are you trying to say "Who needs protection? Sex is dangerous no matter what!"? If that's what you're trying to say, you have much to learn on the difference between risk and certainty.
Not at all.... I am saying, we're all aware of the risks, we don't need to read their alligator tears because they rolled the dice and came up snake eyes.
There are a plethora of things one can do to reduce the risk of contracting -any- STI. There's no certainty that you'll ever be completely safe from contracting one. There's also no certainty that you'll ever contract one.
For once, we can agree on something.
One strong way you can reduce those risks is by clearly communicating what infections you're at risk of spreading. That's the purpose of this thread, and along with most everyone else, I'd like to thank the ABC's for their post.
Showing up at a swingers' party, club, or site is pretty clearly communicating that we're at risk of ANY sexually transmitted desease.

Question about Spice Party tonight - - Okay, this probably sounds stupid, but we haven't ever been to a party yet! On the RSVP, do we put our screen name, or our real names on the guest list? TIA from some clueless swingers. Hehehe

trying to pick a place to honeymoon - - I would say it depends on what kind of weather and scenery you want. If you want mountains for hiking/camping/skiing and that sort of thing, pick Utah. If beaches and such are more your thing, pick Florida. Both have great groups of swingers as far as what I know via here on Swingular. Personally, if I could have a honeymoon (we eloped and skipped that whole deal), I pick Hawaii. :P
