We have had our share of turn downs, but most we have found people just don't respond. From the few that actually took the time to respond I can't remember anyone doing more than saying no thanks.
We did save one response to a rejection letter we sent, the only one ever saved. She wrote an entire 1 page letter about how we should not judge books/people by the cover. It was quite a read. It was in response to one of our nicer rejecting letters where we politely pointed out we had no interest and suggested some swingers groups they might consider exploring (they were just started to explore the lifestyle). oh well.
couples with kids - - We have 4 kids, 3 of which are under 3 years old. An 8 year old girl, 2 year old twin girls, and a one year old boy, so we totally understand the frustration that comes along with being loving parents and active swingers. To two worlds aren't always compatable. We have tried in vain to find a good sitter for all the kids, so most of the time we end up swinging when our oldest is off at a sleepover with a friend and the other babies are in bed. Today for instance, my wife and I had our girlfriend over for fun till 5:30 this morning and the kids got up an hour later!lol. So I am up with them taking care of the kids while the women sleep it off. Hard, but a small price to pay for a hot 3-some! When swingers are densely populated in an area.. yes.. that's bound to happen.. However, a tiny fraction of the population are actually swingers.. so when you're talking about something "in the wild" (versus at a meet-up), this isn't likely to be a problem.

I'd say we're years (decades?) away from that ever becoming a problem. Black rings would need to be EVERYWHERE before the general populace catches on to it... and then you just move on to something else.

I'm not sure which part of the black-ring suggestion takes "spending a lot of time"... Attending meetups is DEFINITELY the preferred way to find swingers (well, and web-sites, like this one)... But talking to people who've actually seen the black-ring in the wild and MET swingers in open, public, spaces... there's a certain excitement that comes from that.

Vegas: Swingers circle or couples oasis? - Which do I prefer - Never been to swinger circle. We were told about couples oasis when we lived in Vegas by other locals. WD have been to the green door , red rooster and couples oasis. And out of all three couples oasis was the one I liked the best. It is the only one that does not allow single guys. Nothing against them but in that kind of setting they tend to give off that creepy feeling. Anyways it kinda like the manor there is a cover and it would is BYOB. There's a bar with a dance floor. Pool tables with a snack area. A group play area and some private play areas also a outdoor pool. During the summer I think they have pool parties on Sunday. Out of the 3 it is the only one I would go back to.

Actually, we went to Vegas for a week a few years back and it was fun. ABYSOLFIEND made reference to the fact that even if you get verified some people will still treat you with mistrust so I made reference to the title of the Hunter S. Thompson book "Fear and loathing in Las Vegas" while kidding around about the apprehension people can have about each other here in Utah. We actually hooked up with someone not on a swingers web site when we went to Vegas. In Vegas people are playful enough that just a good conversation in a coffee shop with a playful couple in the Mandalay Bay can lead to nakedness. We are possibly too trusting ourselves but so far that has mostly led to fun! We are now days a bit more careful because we want to avoid ever catching an STD or STI than we are apprehensive about the actual existence of the people that contact us.

Single male in this lifestyle.. - I have questions for couples and single females. - At the risk of restating for the millionth time...
Cold hard truth time, JOSH. Single guys in the lifestyle are a dime a dozen (that's a really old fashioned way of saying there are a LOT of you). And believe it or not you all claim you're super spiffy dudes (you're not...not all of you anyway). If you all WERE super duper All American boy-next-door stud muffins you'd have girls falling all over you and we wouldn't be having this (single male) conversation for the bazillionth time.
So let's do the math. There are a LOT of single guys in the lifestyle (despite some who would argue that singles aren't really swingers). There are fewer couples in the lifestyle and even fewer single ladies (again despite that 'swingles aren't swingers' argument). So even factoring in the fact that ALL swinger females are insatiable minxes who have sex almost continuously there just isn't enough time in the day for them to get around to fucking each and every single guy. Sorry, man.
My advice to you, and you aren't gonna like it, is to take all those amazing qualities you possess and find a hottie of your own that you can go out into the wild world of swingdom and share with other people. Swinging really is a couple centric activity. There's a reason it used to be called "wife swapping" and people wearing like disco clothes and gold chains and stuff used to go to key parties. Can you imagine the chaos that would have ensued if a bunch of single guys threw their keys in the bowel at a key party?
ps- If you'd rather not find a woman to swing with and prefer to keep your single male status my advice to you would be to grow a very thick skin, become more patient than a Buddhist monk and never ever ever come across as desperate or WORSE pissy that you don't feel like you're getting your fair share of hot swinger tail.
